Led by Svilen, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management and has completed a trades program, Black Sea Renovations brings both technical expertise and practical site experience to every project.
The business was registered in December 2021 and has been operating since then, supporting homeowners with focused renovation services, full project coordination, and clear communication from planning to final walkthrough.
